Woohoo, so many great ideas!

First off, this is going to be a bit of a cheater, because I didn't actually take this picture, the lovely [info]alycewilson did. However, it perfectly sums up [info]murnkay 's request, and thus I had to (re)post.

The request: Describe Otakon to me IN ONE PICTURE.

Cell phone in one ear, radio in the other, surrounded by multiple lawyers, and an old friend I didn't get to spend nearly enough time with. Oh, and I'm in Con Ops, the hub of the whole operation, which I barely left over the weekend. Yup, that was my Otakon!

Remember, I'm taking creativity boosters over here, so help a girl out with some ideas!

But, that is how I feel! Busy as all hell, but happy.

Oh! There's a new Hilton opening up, and when we did a walk through of the space, we were trying to explain a bit what we were about. The guy actually turned out to be very cool, and on the right wavelength--he'd worked at a hotel hosting something called Lunacon, maybe we'd heard of it? I was highly amused!

I'm totally blanking on his name, but he was a very friendly Irish dude, with classic Irish looks--tall, pale, red hair, glasses, freckles. Really nice guy!

Ahahaha, that was awesome. And true story, I didn't even hear about the Artist Alley crap until, oh...yesterday. You'd think someone would tell me these things, gosh darnit! Did she really cry? Cause seriously, that'd be AWESOME.

omg I want to hear about little asian girl crying! No one told me about this! No one tells me anything ever since I became industry! I heard alot more gossip about things when I was chair! But then again when I was chair no one took me to the strip club! FAILBOAT! FAILBOAT!
